2. Booking Policy
2.1 Eligibility: To make a booking, you must be at least 18 years old. Bookings for minors must be made by a parent or guardian.
2.2 Payment: All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other available options listed on our website.
2.3 Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with the tour details and itinerary. Please check this information carefully, and notify us if there are any discrepancies.
2.4 Tour Inclusions and Exclusions: The specific inclusions (such as meals, accommodations, and activities) will be outlined in the tour itinerary. Exclusions, such as additional meals, personal expenses, and travel insurance, will also be indicated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing.
•Cancellations made 30+ days before the departure date: Full refund, minus a service fee
•Cancellations made 15-29 days before the departure date: 50% refund.
•Cancellations made less than 15 days before the departure date: No refund.
3.2 Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for a later date.
3.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed. Payment will be made using the same method as the original payment.
4. Changes to Bookings
4.1 Modifications by the Customer: If you wish to change your booking (such as changing the tour date or adding participants), contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes based on availability, but additional fees may apply.
4.2 Changes by Totally My Tours: We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries or services due to unforeseen events or safety concerns. We will inform you of any changes as soon as possible and make suitable alternative arrangements.
